PBs – 5k (16:48), 10k (34:57), Half (79:04), Full (2:44:22)
Running Highlight – Definitely has to be Chicago Marathon 2017 where I ran my PB 😊
Favourite Running moment – Last year I crashed and burned spectacularly at the Canberra Marathon, literally lay dying on the side of the road after half way, but I got back on the marathon horse to pace a mate 2 months later to a PB of 2:51
Motivation – To be honest I really struggle with motivation but it’s all my running mates dragging me out for a run that keeps me going. Thanks guys, you know who you are 😉

Running Highlight - A recent running highlight was traveling to Orange to see my friend and compatriot Rob Wilson come 3rd in the Marathon J - It brought a tear to my eyes.
What keeps you motivated - The reason why I keep running is the community. Doesn’t matter how fast you can run; how far you can run. Running is a simplicity of life that just about anyone can partake in. I enjoy helping people reach their goals, getting to know people and the not to mention… the beer after
Motivation – It’s a great way to catch up with friends, keep active and be outdoors. I also love to set goals and challenges to overcome - I’m always up for ticking something else off the bucket list!
Tips – Arrive early before the start to allow time to warm up and visit the bathroom without stress, give the race your best and no matter what have fun!
